At Battle-Bilt, every product is made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we'll work quickly to make it right. We believe character is built by doing the right thing. If we make a mistake, we'll make it right.
